I think today was, when you consider both the volume of players playing today that came throught that system, but also the quality of player. I thought McCarthy was excellent today, close to MOM for me. Blythe perhaps had his best game for Warrington (showing some versatility too now, Right centre last week, left centre this week, played backrow & LF.)



Out there we had : Riley, Penny, Harrison, Cooper, Thompson, McCarthy, Mitchell, Blythe.



Eight out of seventeen came through our system, brilliant.



We're getting to that point now, where we don't just have fillers, we have genuine depth and competition for places, like the succesful sides have always had.

I was thinking when they read the team out today "this team is full of kids and I'm not worried about any of them not being up to it". Really nice thought!

well said it is defiantly working for the club isnt it,think the club could do more with the wolfpack,its ashame it has gone down the pan my son use to love going them discos when he was younger and all the kids really enjoyed themselves in the good old days when pam caley and duggie use to do them.Infact if i remember rightly it was her children that came up with the name wolfpack!

The club should be defiant - there are some good prospects coming through. Don't let anyone tell you different!

And the good thing is that now we have this in place, and we're starting to see success on the field, it's likely that these lads will want to stay at the club rather than be poached by another team.



Goes to show that Squadbuilder is doing it's job, and doing it really well.

Good post JWP, i agree totally, i think our youngsters are great, have we got the most home grown youngsters that are in the first team?? must be close, i think they all worked their socks off today, couldnt find a fault really. Looking good for the future

I agree, I was really proud today to see so many youngsters step up and show we have some bright stars for the future. Squadbuilder well done the future does look bright indeed.

Blythe deserves special praise after today, as he has been receiving some stick over the last few games.



Just goes to show you have to give most of these lads a decent settling in period.
