is there any places you recomend for food before the big day?

The Toby Carvery is really good and not too far from the ground.



It is next to Warrington Collegiate on Winwick Road

Nandos and Ask in the town centre are both good.

If your after somethin quick such as a chippy then i would recommend mike & marthas which is next to the train station or danny's kitchen which is on bridge street, Or if after a meal then i would recommend toby carvory.

There is an "away fans guide" that rewards the reader if you can be bothered finding it.



Alternatively as mentioned above Ask in the old fish market is new (and therefore won't be included in the above mentioned guide) and quite good and reasonably priced (its an Italian). If you're after pub food then the Ring o'Bells next to the parish church is quite decent, fairly close to the ground and but won't be packed with fans.

The motto for most of the pubs in Warrington seems to be: Two Meals for £5.95. That should tell you all you need to know!

Mate, there's a cafe in Tesco, right next to the ground. A little walk t'other side of the ground and you have your selection of some of the finest Kebab shops within the borough boundaries, I dare say even beyond.

Maccies is also close by.

or there's the stretton fox, bit of a trek but worth the trip, mentioned in the visitors guide, up above.

Charcoal kebab house is outstanding, they regularly give you a free can of pepsi, too.



Personally, I'd rather venture down Winwick Road and purchase myself an Antons Pizza, or even a Subway.
