Hello everyone!



I'm posting a complaint or if you like a 'heads up' about the TalkSport radio programme website... I went on to post a topic and you have to go through the obvious profile info. One of the questions was What's your favourite sport? You know Rugby League was NOT listed? I know the studios are in London but you can recieve it nationally. According to TalkSport Rugby League doesn't exsist??! They had Rugby listed so when I looked it was purely rara... I mean Rugby Union. Do with this what you will but I find it completely abhorrent!! Another example of how our sport is ignored by the mass media! I'm posting this on every site so all Rugby League fans can act!

i listen to talksport...not really fussed whether they cover it or not...

I agree with what you've just said there, mate. It's an utter disgrace how our sport is treated like a joke by the mass media.

Why do people continue to listen to that right-wing rubbish.Brazil is all about himself,Irani should not be in broadcasting,Parry is just there to cause an argument,Townsend aint too bad tbh,Hawksby and Jacobs are the only act worth listening to.Durham and Ian Wright only know about football.



Mike Dickin was the only 1 worth listening to.

I like it, listen to it all the time. They had some Hull KR players on before the quarter final. Also Adrian Durham is a Hull FC fan so he sometimes mentions Rugby League.



Rugby League should be on there as an option but it is not worth losing sleep over it

It's cack and not worth worrying about. I had the misfortune to listen to it once.. "Nah an lahne wahne it's dahve, who is a taxi driver from dagehahhm. Dahve, da yah laave faahtball?" "Ya I lahhve faatbaaal meh". Good thanks dahve, nahw on lahne twoo its wayne, Wayne da yah laave faatball as much as Dahve?" Utter crap. We should concentrate our venom on 5 live (real station), who as showing slow signs of improvement but still have a lot of work to do.

"Sports results: Rugby; Leicester 46 - 20 Bath. Rugby LEAGUE Leeds 36 - 4 Hull" (fictitious).

Don't get me started on the national print media.

I also listen to talksport it may as well be called talkfootball, all other sports are hardly covered at all.
