I thought he was highly rated at Wire ? Seems like they're willing to let him go next season.

Ratchford and Myler have been used in the halves whilst Briers has been out. He has only had 3 games for us, plus a loan spell with Cas and a few games with Swinton.

I have heard that he has already signed for Saints on loan til the end of the season. However there is certainly no desire to let Gareth leave on a permanent basis. Gareth will benefit from playing for one of the bottom half clubs and getting regular game time.

If he goes then he'll be the best goal kicker they've had since Paul Loughlin!

its great that we can help these smaller clubs out. These loan deals help out the likes of Cas and Saints while benefiting us and the player in the long run.



Also, playing behind the best pack in the league should really bring his game along.
