Excellent - Cooper

Very Good - Hill, Philbin

Good - Mulhearn

Promising - Butler, Doro

Underwhelming - Akuoala, Clark, Davis

Poor - N/A



Somewhere between Mulhearn and Butler I would say. Late 20’s, so reaching peak years for a prop. I’d put that signing in the ‘uninspiring’ box, which is getting quite cluttered with Holmes and Matautia

We seem to vacuum these players up never to be seen again . Not a lot of point if they turn out not to benefit the team.

Size and athletic ability to be one of the very best but either doesn’t have the drive or the confidence to manage it so far. He is 28 years old yet I still see him as an inexperienced junior because that’s how he plays. I thought he’d cracked it last season but he’s struggled this season in his limited spells. If the penny ever drops with the lad he could be anything but there hasn’t been too many signs so far. I will be sad to see him go though because not many lads can move a frame of that size at the pace he has but he’s flattered to deceive so far.

He'll go ok with you guys. Powell will get far more out of him than Lam ever will.

From what i've seen of him he's a big guy and steady, nothing more. Can't be worse than Sita but another signing that doesn't inspire much.

Powell does seem to be able to take players to another level so you never know
