He was easily the best centre on display last night, awhat he didn't do was find the way to finish off his good work. In terms of contribution, breaks, yards, he was fantastic.

You can't say he didn't give 100% as always, he was heartbroken at the end! He's had a superb player and was better than a lot of players on the field last night.

As a neutral I'd have to say he's been fantastic this season whenever I've seen him. Even allowing for a couple of mistakes last night, he still looked the player mostly likely to win the game for Warrington.

That's what I thought, he lacked composure last night, but that aside he was excellent. He's done it for us before when it's counted, like Challenge Cup Semi Finals, he'll do it again.



Sometimes, you have to be in the big moments to take the glory or criticism, he continues to make the plays to get himself there and more often that not he'll finish them.

I thought he was poor last night. For him.

I didn't think his contribution was, I thought his execution was.

Like I said compared to his own high standards that he has set himself, he was below par. He'll be back though.

Next week, hopefully....

I think King represented our night as a whole. Some great breaks, bags of effort, good defence, just missed that final touch.



Some games luck goes your way, some it doesn't. King knows that.

Not his best game but he's been excellent for us all season. He'll treat whatever criticism he gets from outside the club the same way he treated the praise he got when he started the season on fire - with indifference. I wouldn't swap him for any other centre in the league.

I thought Atkins had a great game last night IMO also did King and Atkins swap sides half way through the second half?

I've just rewatched the game on Sky+ and I can't blame King for knocking on the ball at end it was a very powerful pass by Clarke considering how close they were, it only needed a pop up and King would have been in.
