BUT cant help thinking this is a bit of a damp squid this weekend. Am i really bothered about the game? Yes, i always am but i was excited about the quins game last week as i am every game. This game doesnt have a 'playoff' feel, we arent in win or go home territory, we're going to have to play these clowns again in order to get to the GF so i can see why (if true) we have 'only' sold 3500 tickets.
If we win great, but not a massive deal... if we lose, oh well nevermind but two more wins and we have our GF anyway'"
I'm not entirely sure why some people have the 'ah well, doesn't matter if we lose' opinion on the game tomorrow.
Ok, so we get another chance if we lose but is it not better to win and then have a week off in week 2? Is it not better to finally beat Saints? Is it not better to beat them at their place in the last ever game at KR for bragging rights?
I for one am really up for this and get excited every time i think about it. Lets win now, lets not hang on til week 2 or 3. We may not face Saints again, Leeds may beat Wigan, if we beat Saints this weekend, who is to say one of the teams in 5-8 wont beat them as well in week 2?
Come on lads, the time is now!!
