Waterhouse is a very, very good player.

Nah, he's signed for Saints according to their fans.

Waterhouse is a super player, but I'd prefer to keep Louis as he's younger and is getting better all the time.

We'd only get a year or 2 out of Waterhouse.

I would be disappointed if we could not fill a second row position from our own pool of players. I could understand it if Solomona and Anderson go then yeah we might have to look to Australia for one of those replacements. I would like to think that Mitchel, McArthy and Blythe may be able to fill a void on a more regular basis.

What if we do only get 2 years out of him?

As long as we always replace like for like or better and compete every season i don't care if we get 1 season or 5 seasons out of players, just put the effort in, in the here and now.

Mark, I heard they were eyeing him up as a replacemet for Puletua, but now Puletua has signed an extension they don't require any more back-rowers and don't have a free quota spot.

However long he is here for Trent Waterhouse will be the best backrower in our team if he comes, that includes Westwood, so I would have him.

Agreed it would be a backward move, definately not as good as Evans

I agree, waterhouse is pure quality and will not only be the best backrow at Warrington but the best backrow in super league.



We've signed laffranchi who's a very good player but IMO waterhouse is better.

We still need to replace Carvell.

I don't think Ratchford would be brought in to replace Evans. Can't say I've watched him every week but whenever I've seen Ratchford he has looked very good, at least as good as Bridge.
