| Some real crackers , (as mentioned above) The Lancashire Cup semi v Widnes after they won the world club v Canberra. 28 -6 we hammered them. Widnes were a great side then and in those days that margin meant something.
Lefty Goldblatt- spot on with the Rowland Philips reference. I'll never forget his first game back after injury v Saints at Wilderspool and he ran the saints pack ragged. Him and Bateman were my heroes at the time.

Wire v Leeds final, big screen definitely Wembley definitely not 2009.'"
I thought it was 2009 when he held his winners medal up. As Michael Monaghan was MOM in 2009.

| Ive been watching theWire now since the very early 1980's, but all my treasured moments are fairly recent.
Jon Dvaies display in the CC at Halifax in 1990
Beating the Pie people in the 2009 semi.
Beating Saints at the semi play off in 2012 after they had beaten us at the HJ a few weeks before.
The atmosphere for the League game at the Piedome in 2010, we had the place rocking it was wonderful.
And do you know what...... the last 25 minutes of Thursdays game at Salford will stay with me for many years.

| Quite a few of mine already mentioned.
My first game, which was against Halifax in 1993 the floodlights went off and we were cold but I got hooked on Rugby League.
1997 - Warrington Wolves 35 Wigan Warriors 24, Vagana and Lee Penny's tries standing out. Cullen and Alex Murphy getting a win from nowhere, when our start to the season had been awful.
2009 - CC Quarter Final at Hull KR, that was absolutely nerve wracking I don't know how we did it.
2009 - CC Semi vs Wigan, the King hat trick and the final try from Hicks really sticks with me.
Brent Grose try from the in goal at Widnes, and his try vs Wakefield at home.
Allan Langer taking the ball from Tommy Martyn in the in goal.

That away end atmosphere at Knowsley Road in the Regal trophy was easily the best atmosphere I've been a part of.
