I've no doubt george would disagree with this, but i think he's played too much for his age over the last two years, he could do with a season of being an occasional sub. |

He's a young lad with a lot of years ahead of him. I'd hate to see him fizzle out to nothing through not being looked after properly. Something I think will definitely happen to Bateman.

'tis what i heard too. Gids fit for Friday, but wont be risked. Sandow back for Semis. Heard Clark might be another couple of weeks, but others seem to think this week. Let the young lads have another crack i say. Widnes will struggle to get up again after that defensive effort last Thursday!!

I've really come to admire george King especially as he's only 21. Don't overplay him for the next couple of years. Top class potential. Can't see us keeping Cox even though he's done well imo given the level of expectation. Hill needs support and cooper / Dodds with sims should provide that with bennie, and Harrison/Bailey plus King.

I've got to agree regarding George King I've been critical at some games perhaps unfairly so in retrospect, given his age and level of exposure over the last couple of seasons. I've warmed to him in recent weeks
