what crowd figure are you expecting then?
the way it's been made out on here i would say anything short of 12,000 is poor, not sure of the numbers we will bring with it being a friday night and on sky.

someone in work said south stand tickets are still available, he could have been wrong but if that hasnt sold out this close to the game its never a good sign (my estimate around the 10K mark, although i hope im proved wrong) |

500 max. I recogn about 11k with the "home areas" being sold out. The problem Warrington have is that Huddersfield are selling tickets for the game right up until 4pm. If they dont sell them, there's not really enough time for Warrington to take-over the sales at that point especially in the seated areas. |

According to the club website 8,500 have been sold with tickets available for all areas including the South. The only pay on the night turnstiles are in the West
|

| Rumours of the south being sold out will not have helped this. There are people on this thread who have stated things along the lines of "just been in the club shop and heard people trying to get south tickets only to be told it's sold out".
So. I see two possibilities here.
1) The online ticketing system fiasco has lead the club to prematurely believe the south stand is sold out, until they could sort out the mess (hence no 'official' sold out announcement for that stand as we've always had previously)
2) The people on this thread were rumour mongering/telling porkies.
I'm not sure either explanation is particularly palatable  |

we brought over 1000 last year but i really cant gauge what we will bring this time, our fans are reluctant to travel on friday nights over the border,especially when they can watch it on sky, plus our away form is truly dreadful, so could be anything from 300-1000 who knows?
so this mad panic for tickets was not needed then as it looks like being way short of a full house, by the way is the LLS being presented before or after the match? |
