I suggest you re read what he wrote....he says "it will mean we have wone the championship" which quite clearly is not eluding to a friendly but the WCC.

According to the Guardian site the club have confirmed that we're looking at playing Souths as part of our pre-season warm weather training. Long way to go for a bit of sun and a hollywood stars autograph.

He is talking about the WCC being played in Australia if we win Superleague. That has nothing to do with the pre season friendly being talked about.
