In what way did Wire 'bottle' our two GFs? Yes, we should have won both, but the match v Leeds has gone down as one of the best GFs of all time, and it's never a disgrace to lose to Leeds in a final. Against the Pies it was all going our way until the nasty injury to Joel Monaghan broke up our ( to that moment ) impervious defensive line and gave Wigan their first sniff when they'd been under the cosh for 30 minutes.
