You won't be able to incite a riot, you're hardly 'voice of the people' are you Raymond, all that would happen is you and your clam thinking mate would cause a bit of a scene and be dealt with by the stewards, and everybody else would just walk by pointing and laughing. |

Its easy bring your season book with you, rip the correct voucher out of the book in front of the turnstile operator, enter the stadium and enjoy the game.

You will get the usual response to this thread something like!!
I dont want to carry my season ticket around with me cos i have 3 pints of bitter in the Railway club and dont know my ass from my elbow!!
Or why should i take the whole book to the ground when i only need to take 1 ticket!!
Or there is 4 people in my family so i have to take all the tickets around in my handbag,last time i done this i put my back out and had a fortnight off work lifting the damm thing!!

we are upsettin the punters though! why rirk losing ur book? Apparently the south stand was full so they used it as an excuse not to let people in.

Going into the South Stand a guy and his kid got stopped because they had a ticket but didnt bring their season ticket booklet!
I thought the club had relaxed this rule???
But it seems to have come back! Anyway a near riot erupted after the stewards rushed in and tried to evict the lad and his Dad and a massive queue of people started shouting to get in the ground! But some [size=200clam[/size thinking by my mate Army Man clamed the situation down and people without ticket books were allowed in....
Maybe it was because the South Stand was full already and the stewards didnt want extra people coming in (like Game 1 at the HJ!)?

I stood next to the guy who got stopped at the turnstile. He asked the turnstile operator why he needed the book and the operator replied, "so we know its your ticket". He them asked the question, "if I brought the book how would you know that I was the person on the front of the book" which is a valid point.
The club are being really petty with this. If you've got a spare ticket you should be able to give it to someone else to use. Its been happening for donkeys years and its never going to change. Its not as if there is a big black market for tickets.

absolute spot on unless they are going to start putting your photo on the s/t if its paid for does it really matter unless its a certain 60 y/old using a wolfpack ticket |

Why don't the club get with the times and have cards which you just scan as you go in? We have had them for years. It is meant to be a new stadium. Where are the moderns facilities to make things easier?
Do the club realise that an unpleasant experience for a fan could mean they don't buy a ticket again... that needs sorting.
Very silly.
