I wouldn't budge King from left centre for him, put it that way. He might be one of these players who's as comfortable on the left or the right, so we'll see. There's clearly improvement in him, and something sort of raw, explosive almost that intrigues a little bit.



Given SL is a squad game now, to go into SL with King, Atkins, Bridge & Grix as your four centre options, I'd be happy enough with that.

Chev walker was never centre material ( not unlike Ben Westwood, in fact, though Bennie is by far the better forward ). Atkins has promise, but he's got a long way to go.

Remember Gleeson came to us with reports from Saints fans of being selfish and never passing to his winger, but once our coaching staff got hold of him, he became the best centre in the league, and set up shedloads of tries for Fa'afili.



Then when he left us, he became garbage and a waste of space.



It just shows how the right coaching environment can totally transform a player.

I must have imagined that Lyon bloke who easily outplayed him for the time he was here which included Gleesons best season with us.

Atkins has had an average season at Wakey in all honesty. His best time at wakey was when he had Solomona on his inside. Seeing as Solo has also signed for you guys you may say an improvement in Ryans game.
