I want a SL trophy and a WCC trophy out of him (and maybe another CC, I dont know, I'll see how I feel) and then (and only then) may he leave. And when that time comes, he will only be allowed to leave if he goes to the NRL.

We still have to remember though that even with Tony Smith there is a large rebuilding job on with so many great players due to retire in the coming years. We aren't guaranteed success and there may be times where TS gets questioned and we start saying "has he gone on too long..." if we slip behind a bit.
It's like Arsene Wenger at Arsenal, there were always rumours he was going to be off to Real Madrid or Milan in the mid 2000s rather than face the big rebuilding job when Henry, Pires, Vieira, Campbell and co all left. But he stayed and got commended for his loyalty in taking on the rebuilding job.
But the rebuilding job is still a rebuilding job and Wenger has been questioned plenty of times for winning no trophies since.
