Heard this morning six point deduction expected from Thursday's Salary Cap Tribunal, anybody heard the same?

Didn't know we were up before the tribunal - is this for last year? Cannot be this year surely whilst still in progress. Points deduction is the last thing we need!

If it was 6 points it must have been a pretty big breach!

Heard it was a technical breach and expect nothing.

6 points would have to involve a systematic breach (cheating) and I doubt that is the case. You might want to consider the gravity of such statements before plastering them over the Internet in future.

well there is no harm in asking the question, especially when I think a lot of people where unaware that there was even an issue. No-one is accusing the club of cheating here.

Am afraid to say that i have been told from a source that 3pts deducted is going to be the punishment of any hearing. hope this aint true.

I was told 3 points, and that it was part of the not good news that was meant be on North West Tonight program, makes a bit more sense now as the initial thought was that it related to going in to Admin - which I dont think we will be.
