Giggs and Scholes may be coming to the end of their career but they's still walk into City's team. And as for Rio....I suppose Lescott and Toure are better??? Hahaahah Hmmmm riiight!

Its not a dig at Utd players being not good enough for us, because they are current champions as a squad afterall. Its the fact there is a sea of change that is happening where as fans we don't look as enviously at the club over the border and feel comfortable that we have players other clubs would love to have (including Utd).

A lot of Utd fans will struggle to grasp this because they haven't been where we have been. Vidic is ten times the player Rio is, and Rooney is world class. The rest of the Utd squad I think we would not need to improve on what we have.

Its been a long time since such a shift of change has happened between Manchester and Trafford. Its if the squad we have over next 2 -3 years can become a squad that is a consistent force to challange top 4 which is still to be decided.

Its exciting times though, and when you read/hear what plans have gone on and will be happening outside the anti-city media you can't help but feel confident.

Always wondered what is the actual criterea for being a "Proper Manc"? Is it being born within the sound of the bells of Manchester Cathedral ala cockneys with Bow Bells? Or carrying huge chips on shoulders (thats one for the city fans

There were ugly scenes in Manchester city centre this week......Tevez and Lescott out having a drink together ...

Gone to a lot of trouble there mutt.

Also pity the marketing machine at Stretford didn't think of putting that poster up in response to ours. Afterall it was just a bit of marketing city used as a bit of fun. Maybe Glaziers overdraft didn't stretch to a big poster in the budget

Also you will find City supporters clubs dotted around the world, and they have been dotted around the world since forever. Fair play to them as I would gladly shake a cockney blues hand who has had to go through the pain we have over the last 25 years. Unlike the glory glory Main Utd ones.....

I enjoyed the old derby games as there was pretty much a garunteed sending off which would fire up the ground and get the place bouncing. The last few seasons have seen some good attacking football but nowhere near the same ammount of agression as you'd see when the likes of Keane, Butt, Robson etc where on the pitch.



Oh i still like the way your club have kept the MUFC obsession having "United" across your chest this season
