I will big him up. He's in the first team squad of players, if he starts well in the friendlies he could be a sensation this year!

I'd be surprised if he was anywhere near the first team bar the odd occasion next season, to be quite honest.

Time will tell mate but I doubt he would swap Wigan reserve team rugby for Leigh's reserve team!

He only made a handful of appearances for the reserves at Wigan last year and is at that make-or-break age of post-under 18 rugby; I hope he's a success but we need to give him time and certainly avoid any expectations of him being a first team regular.

indeed, we have the 'majority' of what was a fantastic squad last season !

he's a winger with speed, excellent signing on those qualities alone me thinks.

I remember the one time he kept hold of the ball......and tore the Leeds defence to shreds in the Challenge Cup!!







That lad should not have bothered with normal training - they should just have spent hours lobbing things at him from every direction, until he grasped the concept of catching. Then continue that, but with a rugby ball!!



If he could catch he'd have been a world beater!!

He got an Arriva Trains cup winning medal though (even if he didn't play) he collected Paul Rowleys

I'll remember him best at the Airport coming back from Llorett, he was at the front of the queue and they called to board the plane by row number, he produced his ticket and was sent back - because his wasn't on one of the 'rows' called, his face was sheer panic and he rushed back to Tony Benson saying 'Hey Tony they aren't allowing Kiwis on the plane', well it seemed funny at the time.
