| Quote FredParky="FredParky"Can't agree there CC Ryans speed is better on a full size pitch not the one there it's tiny, and the game is usually a forward dominated one. But that's why they pay the coach to make the decisions re team.
Also Henderson isn't available until June 2 according to the press release.'"
I agree Fred about why we pay the Coach , its his job to select the team , but we can voice our opinions ,again Paul has playedd the game , but horses for courses as they say , if the game was played in my garden i would still pick our Fastest player , our top try scorer , our game breaker IE =Ryan Brierley ,this weather and pitch is made for him ,Frankel is the BEST racehorse ever seen for many years , much FASTER than any around , i have NEVER trained a racehorse but i know Sir Henry Cecil his trainer wouldnt race him on soft or heavy ground , reason ?His speed would be affected.
Ryan is like a Thoroughbred Racehorse , built for speed ,and agility ,we need our fastest players in this weather and heat , it will kill Tommy Gallagher in this weather , you only have to look at the heavyweights playing at the Magic Week-end who wilted in the heat yesterday .
I bow to your knowledge on Kevin Henderson though .

| Quote maurice="maurice"Kicking game vital at Dewsbury on that tight ploughed field, that and scooting from Dummy to put pace on the game in the heat. Pack the bench with forwards and play 2 hookers, maybe McNally to 7 as mentioned above. Depends on Spencer being available but Parker Beswick Spencer, Goulden Laithwaite, Hopkins would be my start pack with Nash Nicho Gallagher Ostick/Taylor the bench.
Have a bash at Pownall, Maden Gardner Littler Clay/McGilvary, Ridyard McNally in the backs'" "
"PLOUGHED FIELD "Where have you been for the past 7 days Mo ?The MOON The game is not being played in Siberia , it has not rained in Yorkshire for a while now , the pitch will be like a Road , very hard , the weather will be very hot , it wont suit big guys ,SPEED will be the order of the Day ,Matty Russell had a good game yesterday , Sam Hopkins aint a Giant , but i cant see Shaun Wane dropping him , can you ?

| It was a little earlier than 5 minutes left to be fair, the game stopped for a few minutes when Duffy got knocked out.

He didn't come back on the pitch but he was at least well enough to join the players in applauding the fans after the game.

| Not knocking anyones opinion just stating my own, (I am allowed to do so as well,) and saying a fact re the coach, but the problem with having a halfback on loan or dual is that their parent club can play silly beggars like withdrawing him from training with his loan club to stand by then not picking him (ask the player in question what happened this week), also Gallagher didn't play.
The Henderson bit was easy as I read it on the press release on the club website
