Well we accept your apology but try to be more accurate in the future.

Dont think they will send a full squad no matter what, although it depends what other friendlies they have got planned I suppose.

ASk yourself this would you rather play their 19s or Hunslet at home ie Leeds 2nd team

the Wigan team go to florida December but are indeed only sending a young team (fringe players) to play us in January, this is to give Paul Rowley chance to look at some players to take on DR/loan.

If Wigan have any sense they would play the squad players minus the stars plus a few up and comers, ie 6/7 of the 1-17 plus the remainder to 25 plus 4/5 non squad numbers.

They go next month to US, i'd imagine the team will be similar to the team last year, point of interest 7/8 of those players made their first team debut last season too!

I must admit when I heard we was playing Wigan I fully expected that to mean we are playing Wigans reserves / youth team as usual.



I presume the Coaches at Leigh can see a advantage we get from playing such a team thus why we stick at it.

Our pre season games seemed to give us good preperation last season so i'd go for exactly the same if able.

I'd love him to be playing in a Leigh shirt next season but im not too sure, hasnt said anything
