Mr Roddy did a good job at Leigh during his tenure, however he is yesterdays Man and is involved with Swinton, good luck to him there as He's certainly going to need it

Good luck to him, he's moved on and obviously wanted to still be involved in a club on a lesser scale. If something went on in the background at Leigh I guess we'll never know but he did a good job while he was with us from what I can gather.

I don't know about cash investments, but I have worked directly with John Roddy at the club and I can tell you with no doubt that he worked hard and began the process revitalising our club before the current BoM were involved.



Feel free to spread that around the internet and amongst your friends.

Same here Michael with out his leadership his backing and drive LC TV would still be but a dream.

Must just be a coincidence that he left at a time when it's no secret the BOM were investing their second years cash then?



I always wondered why a bloke who wasn't a Leyther didn't really seem to have knowledge of the game would want to be involved.



Suppose it was a good 12 months of Kuedos and it's looks good on the CV.

Must it? Neither me nor Fred said anything about whether he would, could or wanted to invest (more?) cash. It may be the reason he left us. Frankly I haven't asked, and I won't be doing.



From my experience working with John, he is hard working, has great ideas and knows how to make things happen.
