Is the Kolpak situation relevant? Tried reading regs but totally confused. Tongans are kolpak (not sure why) and Vea and Langi are Tongan although born in Oz. Shame that RFL can't explain stuff - perhaps if we paid em more?

Think they count on the non fed quota.

Langi must stay for me, Club needs to find a way.



Is a Season long loan away to another Club still counted on quota ?

I've been told that Burr is off quota for the length of his contract due to the Bradford situation which is why we offered him a longer deal.



Good business if correct. Been a great signing.

Not that I'm aware of..But think 50% of their cap value will remain on the parent club cap.

I've asked many times what the exemption rules where for Burr. I maybe missing something,but pretty sure his initial contract was for 12 months,although the club stated he "originally signed a three year deal in January." Either way unless I've missed someone.

How about Cory Paterson?

Paterson signed on a 3 year deal until November 2018.

The point being is the overseas quota isn't full if Burr is exempt. Unless someone else takes a quota spot up such as Vea.
