That first 60 was the best I've seen the Leigh team for a few years, worryingly for me when higham leaves the pitch we go so one dimensional and lose all speed and shape! What's the story re Chase?

Not a clue! And that's how it should stay he didn't play for a reason that's between him and the coach and should stay as such, but you will have the fans in the know on soon spouting all sorts of rubbish

It must be pretty serious not to play your so-called star player against your biggest rivals.

A quote from Neil Jukes was that he had flu. However I am sure there will be a number of stories/rumours appearing over the next few hours from opposition teams fans who are 'in the know'.

He has flu according to Jukesies interview after the game. He's hoping he's back next week.

From a fans point of view we were winning easy and 'should' have had the game in the bag. We blew it, Bradford stole it and their fans should rightly be delighted.



From a coaching point of view. We had 9 players out already, then Rangi Chase pulled out before kick off. We had just 18 players available and a back line that has been completely different every match so far. Paterson as a back rower debuting in the halves. Despite all that we battered them. As disappointing as the ending was our forwards knocked them all over the park. They scored a lot of late tries off kicks which is (very) disappointing but if I was a coach I would be far more concerned if I was Jimmy Lowes than I would if I was Neil Jukes.



Gutted about the result on the day but very optimistic about the rest of the season.

Part of your post is bang on, you were by far the better team as 32-6 would suggest. But come on never mind injuries, at 32-6 up nobody was thinking of your injuries



Heard from 2 different Leigh fans today before the game why Chase wasn't playing, 1 is acceptable 1 isn't, no idea who to believe. It didn't sound like he had flu
