Your correct,everyone has got the blinkers on again.Theres a new middle 8 system in place and it favours the SL teams.It's up to us to find a weakness in that system that favours us. After all if we dont do it, some other bugger will. |

I don't think we will win away at Bradford, I think we can, on the right day if we are playing at our best but Bulls have been building steadily & have still only lost the one all season.
Probably gonna get shot down for this but I have seen a complacency from Leigh over the last 4 or 5 league matches & maybe the team actually believed they were invincible no matter how they played.
Bradford will now be full of confidence, as they should be & I will say this again, I saw enough in that opening match to know they have some real quality there.
Just an opinion...
I will be at Odsal to sing the lads on though. |

I see a very strong Leigh squad come that game..Stronger than the one we had at home to be honest..I would say the balls in our court not Bradfords. |

I do think we'll win at Odsal but agree with you. Yes Bradford showed some real quality in that 1st game but we (in the 2nd half at least) showed a lot more; agreed we've not been showing that lately but hopefully now we've suffered a defeat & we're approaching the business end of the season will begin to again.
I see what people are saying about it potentially being better to finish 2nd rather than 1st but really shouldn't be thinking that way, especially not at this stage. Also wonder what the RFL would have to say about deliberately trying to loose a game? A points deduction to knock you down a place further would probably be fair punishment. |

If Leigh get into their stride going into the Middle 8's then I believe they'll have more than enough to finish in the top 3, no matter what "route" they have to take.
A big win at Batey this weekend will get the ball rolling.
Middle 8's will be here before we know it.
Of course, some folk will be quick to tell me that there's a lot of rugby to be played before then, and I agree, but now is the time to kick-on and get some momentum. It's time to stand up and show the Championship where we're heading next season.
