Referee didn't help with the flow of the game. He blew for everything and didn't let the game flow. There are times when a good ref uses common sense and turns a blind eye to minor indiscretions to keep the play flowing. This one just wanted to rule to the letter of the law. Que Reffy.

I was being generous. ...and this is what we are paying to watch. Crowd was again over 2000 but it won't stay that way unless the product massively improves.

Can't think of many refs who let dropped balls and forward passes go. The flow of the game was disrupted by our inability to respect possession

Leigh seem.to be playing like strangers at certain times during the last few games if we are to get go the GF a massive improvement is needed mind you 18 out 19 aint bad lol

Not as good as 19 out of 20 though.

He blew for everything except Offside. He was a poor reff (again) and with the touch judge still in nappies, they let the games run away from them at times.

At least he was consistent in letting both teams play offside throughout.



ps Can anyone throw light onto why we had the try disallowed but was then given the scrum ?
