So to get the thread back to the subject. From the rugby papers this morning it seems Rangi signing is not yet over the line and there was some suggestion that if our spending took us over the cap the RFL would refuse to register the players concerned. Apparently the RFL have put forward that the cap will be raised for Championship clubs but only for the qualifiers. How the hell would that work?

Lost on that one..If they were to increase the SC for the qualifiers,were does that leave the clubs if you return to Championship.Can't see them leaving you on the increased SC..Just doesn't sound like a logical plan to me.. |

A great signing for us but not sure what we'll do with him. We've now got 4 half backs, I can't see either Rangi or Ryan happy playing in the reserves but Rangi seems to be much more of a try scorer than an organiser, we never look as good without Riddy on the pitch organising everyone.
