how many games do you want to go back ? I was referring to the last encounter based on someone elses opinion on that same encounter  anyway best team won today, would have been a travesty had they lost because you got some very dubious calls.  |

Some thoughts on today.
If Penky had of started and the team gone out and played with purpose from the off, we would have won IMO. It is scandalous to have a game changer sat on the bench for 50 mins minimum every game.
People bemoan our lack of pace in the backs and they have a valid point but that would not have made much difference on a day like today.
Ryan Brierley is definitely not a scrum half who can not grab hold of a game and direct play. Ridyard also did not have the best of games either but I would not like to see a Leigh side sent out with out his name on the team sheet.
If we do not sign some backs who can run on the dry tracks then we are in for a long season next year. That is plain for everyone to see. |

Harold , I agree with most of your points , especially about our lack of pace , hopefully we have signed a couple of fast backs , Charlie doesn't know who have signed ,but ive just watched the Game on Premier Sports and it gives a different view to mine , Riddy had a decent game today , Ryan was very quiet ,, to score 3 tries to 1 and lose isn't good , im not a big Higson Fan but again I thought he had a decent game .

Two of our tries came from kicks into the corner. Enough said.
Additionally, I was not utterly convinced about the one given from Penky's great run and pass. From my position in the North stand it looked a little dodgy but I stand to be corrected.

WELL sunday has to be one of my worst days for a while. Gets on't M flipping 6 and "DING" sounds from the dash and the read out says Injector fault (diesel)" *##*@*#" i think, as the car loses 1 cylinder but hey ho i have 3 more cylinders take it easy and it should be ok ish. Picked my sone up and drove from golborne to butts bridge (slag lane way). Called in to Astley car spares where i used to work and John told me of Andy on railway rd who may be able to plug the car in and run a diagnostic. The car died pulling out onto Warrington rd  . My son wasn't able to go to the game, i had to get him collected and taken back to his mums then call in a favour to get a lift back to Skem. I go on the pc only to find "ransomeware virus had infected the pc so i couldn't follow the game online. I get rid of the virus only to find WE FEKING LOST AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
