It wasn't a late decision as it's an RFL directive that under 16 season ticket holders are entitled to free entry up to and including the quarter finals. That said, a few SL clubs limited this to advance 'purchases' only and made it unavailable on the day, so there is a certain amount left down to the clubs.

No, you assume they are aware of your season ticket situation and that the jnr ticket was for the same person. I may be wrong but I think your not the only person who buys a ST every year and to expect them to remember every person who has one is a tad OTT

In fairness Peawapp does have a valid argument, when you go to Tesco for fuel they ask do you have a club card? Same at Sainsbury’s with the Nectar card.



If we are to improve as a club, upsetting current fans is not a good idea, surely the ticket office people should be asking “Junior ticket, Is it for a current season ticket holder? If so it’s Free. Or is it for someone under 12? If so it’s £1, If neither then its a Fiver.”
