Good signing i guess,i dont mind barrow rlfc one bit, great fans and club.
Just hope "glees" is not there for any easy ride and silly money, as i doubt barrow can afford to throw money away, as we have at times .. Good Luck to all at the club for the coming season.

i agree,i hope the people of barra come out in force and back the chairman.
even though hes a nutter he seem to have the club at heart and he deserves more from the town.
it'll be all systems go if they sort the stadium. |

I suspect with Schofield at the helm and Des as Chairman, the war of words with the RFL over Franchises etc will be well and truly left to our cumbrian friends. Neither are scared to voice an opinion, I reckon the RFL writers will not be short of things to pen in 2011.
