Judging Toronto on their second half flop and ill discipline is unfair because first half they were brilliant. Played great rugby to watch. Sure, when the going gets tough they need to sort out their discipline, but, for me, the men that lost their heads (Kay, Dixon) were out of their depth and it shows. That's when frustration sets in and silly decisions are made.



With money, it's clear Rowley is building a SL squad, far better than what he built at Leigh. And with those better players his brand of rugby will get them up, where they'll spend again and stay in SL, whilst also entertaining all.

The "thuggary" may be encouraged by Rowley to some degree but he doesn't have enough players he can trust yet. You watch, your Higsons, Dixons, etc etc will all be replaced soon and Rowley's tactics and brand will prevail.

I like the man, regarding his rugby and his confidence - even his bull dog spirit ways. I don't know the man so can't bring myself to dislike him.

And he did say 2nd half discipline was poor, so he's not that arrogant or stupid.



For what it's worth, I was cheering on the Wire and even laughing at Toronto imploding. Commentator even called Toronto "the Canadians" at one point. Ha! It's a bought, SL and NRL team etc to get to SL as fast as possible. Riding all over the history of British RL with 2 fingers shoved up at the likes of your Batleys and Dewsburys etc.

He didn't get you up and he won't get them up

You'll all be pulling your hair out when you find out that 3 of the toronto players have no case to answer . Plus look out for their next signing on the way a top from Australia
