Some say it's build our own team via youth , some just want a billionaire to chuck an endless amount to win everything , personally I doubt either of those is going to happen



So what in your opinion is the ' best for the club ' short term and long term ?

Ste just a quick reminder, next season we will be in the Championship,and if we don't improve big time and sign some quality players we will be fighting relagation, so for me a would have all these guys back, as well as Riddy,if KP doesn't stay, how about Mickey Higham and Riddy as a Coaching team?

Not sure what answer you are looking for? Short term is down to Derek. The ball is in his court,until that is sorted you can't think long term. But he had his chance to think long term and stability of the club was being created. A five year investment, rather than a couple of years may have paid dividends.



If you want glory in this game you need youth and that's the answer. Without that long term you have nothing.

So we agree , currently the focus has to be short term
