With Sundays game looking like a big turnout we should make sure we get as many to the game as possible. A good chance to use your Buddy vouchers , swell the crowd and hopefully beat the 10,000 mark. The bulls think they will win so should bring more than they have for a couple of years.



My little girl is getting presented with her Birthday Giants shirt so we have a few extra coming.



Let us be the 18th man on Sunday and cheer the Giants home to a great victory.

A mates 7 year old got presented with their shirt at the Hull fc home game and that was last years shirt

My son had his shirt presented at the Hull game and it was last years which we already had he was gutted - left a bit of a sour taste in the mouth to be honest - the club have been very good about it to be fair and they answered my letter. As a result I will be going into the club shop Sunday to purchase a 2011 shirt for my lad. You know what kids are like they want the current shirt not the previous seasons which chances are they already have anyway. I think it would go down better if the club charged say £30 and give out this years shirt and the tickets. That way they are still making a profit and getting kids 'onside'. By giving out last years shirt sort of defeats the object of the exercise in my opinion. Remember you get what you pay for!!!!.

I had not thought about what shirt it would be when i signed the kids up for the scheme. I can understand why they cannot give a new shirt away for £15. Hopefully my little girl will enjoy the excitement of meeting Big G and the fact that her mum ( who hates all sport is going to the game, at least i wont have to kep the kids from squabbling all the time).



I do think that the club could do something where by they have diferent types of package £15 for last years or £30 for the current shirt.



Either way it is a good scheme and anything that shows the club is trying to develop links with the kids is a good thing

Agreed its a good scheme and am not knocking the club for it however I do feel if they charged a little extra ie as I suggested £30 for the current shirt then EVERYONE and most importantly the club benefits and everyone is happy.

I was surprised to find out that Big G has no padding inside it.

What you'll find with the shirt giveaway is that they're trying to get rid of old stock it's happened every year this scheme has been going, so those who are first on the list are the unlucky ones whereas those later in the season get that seasons shirt!! It sounds very unfair especially given the shirt has new sponsors on it as well as a new design!

If thats the case then thats just rank bad - it is very unfair never mind sounds it especially to a child.
