Do you think Brown leaving will be a major setback or do you think his assistant will carry on as before in the way that Wane has at Wigan.

No idea yet mate. It would all depend on if we could finally manage to get some silverware this season I suppose.

Think assistant Phil Jackson taking over at the Chicago Bulls or Bob Paisley at Liverpool.

I think Baloo has worked with Nathan long enough to see how he gets the best out of players so he'll carry on using the same system but with a little bit of his own ideas added.

Moreover Baloo has won silverware under several coaches. He knows what those guys did to win trophies (something NB has not experienced).

just hope he doesnt try change it to much as it doesnt really need to be changed

Think if we can sign more of our players on longer contracts we can carry on as normal for his 1st season at least. See what he's like at bringing in quality players and gaining the new players trust and respect. One thing Baloo is good at is getting his players fired up.

Looking forward to Baloo taking over actually, all those years under NB will have taught him loads, along with his own ideas i'm hoping its a natural progression under him rather than wholesale changes to how we play.

Plus he seems to have an excellent relationship and respect with/for the players already.
