If Giants finish 3rd and Leeds 2nd the 2 teams would play each other at Headingley the first weekend of the playoffs. If Giants win which is very possible given current form they would go straight through to the play of semi. Leeds would get a 2nd bite of the cherry and play the team winning the game between 6th and 7th. I'm sure thats wrong as I'm sure I read that placing didn't count if 3rd and 4th beat 1st and 2nd but this suggests otherwise
