Been down and got one. Nice feel, nice badge. Alas, it's probably going to have to go back though as the fitting is rather generous and I think I'm going to have to swap for a smaller size!



So if anyone buys one I'd advise trying it on first to potentially save themselves a journey to exchange it.

Is it synthetic or cotton Dan?

65% polyester 35% cotton and has a label down near the bottom on the front (left side if memory serves) stating it as a replica of the '53 cup final shirt. It feels nice.

The past players ones are 50:50 cotton polyester. Are the ones in the shop all long sleeved?

Wouldn't of wasted electric booting the keyboard up Rod!!! No-one with any knowledge of what went on will knock you fella, the club were asked, the club didn't want to know.



The fans wanted a retro shirt and you worked long and hard to sort it out, you yourself gained nothing monetary from it and probably lost money with all the time and effort you put in to ensure the shirts were just right.



Some people need to get their head outta their asses and have a look into the facts before posting drivel!!!



Fans bought the retro shirt because that's what they wanted and had been asking for, the club wouldn't have lost much revenue cos I'm sure people were like me and bought a jacket or sommert else from the club instead of one of the terribly designed shirts we had to choose from last season!!!

I agree. In hudds for a few days so popped into shop to check out new merchandise, and looked at retro shirt. I much prefer the short-sleeved one Rod provided. Well done pal!

Collar a joke on it, nice idea but work and listen to ur supporters!!!

I have the club retro shirt and it is excellent. The collar is bang on and it is a great fit, although as I've mentioned it is a very generous sizing.



It compares more than favourably with my Country Origin shirt made by Classic.



The shirt is a '53 CC winning anniversary shirt. Back then they all had sleeves.
