Very hard fought game which we did well to win. Great crowd but i have to say the Giants were deserving of a bigger following. As for the screen, it's always in that corner of the ground. i sit right at the other end, it's so far away i'd need a telescope to check out the replays. Hope you do well this year and make the top 4 like us.

OK, firstly, a big well done to those of you who travelled over. I am not going to hark on about numbers. Those of you who turned out are a credit to your club.



With regard to the screen, that has always been there. Fridays game was the first time live action has been active. The only replays it did were for actual tries.



It was always going to be a tough game and for a while in the second half I thought Hull were playing to your hands by trying to barge up the middle.



Anyway, see you at yours in June.

When I looked to see why our try's had been disallowed they showed nothing yet showed the replays for your try's!!



Never mind it's todays chip paper!!

Tys have been given by the referee and therefore cannot be overruled if show on the screen. A video replay of the dissallowed ones may have caused the referee to change his mind and effected the game when there wasn't a video referal system in place.

Hence you wouldn't want to show the opponents disallowed tries.



Last season we did the same thing when we showed live action on the screen, there were NO replays. Nice to see Hull doing some editing on the fly and are able to show replays at all.



With these quality screens at quality stadia how long before Hudds and Hull are pushing for VRs at every game?

As long as we remember this when Hull get a perfectly good try dissallowed

Ref was terrible. End of the day the result was the right one I would have been well pi$$ed off if any of those try's had been given. Albert only disallowed the brown try on the touch judge say so which was correct imo although im going to say that aren't I. Good game 2 good tough teams

Wadski our screen with it's technology and software is able to do replays, but it's been decided by whoever that this isn't what our screen should screen, whereas the tv's in the concourse use the same streaming but show replays. Strange.



As for the replays on the Hull screen it did seem to play their tries but not ours whether given or not. but then again I went to the game to watch the action on the pitch not on a screen!

To be honest I think a try against you guys should be worth double anyway seen as though its so hard to bloody do!! Your defence is immense and can definately see you guys in the top four again

ATEOD we would have beaten Hull if we took our chances. We didn't and thus they did.



They dominated for long periods of the game and the Giants held out admirably. Hull are playing some good rugby and look like a good team.



It was a pleasure to go over there and watch the game, it's been a pleasure reading their fans comments on our team and being gracious in victory. I doubt this messageboard will be the same nextweek with us playing their inbred cousins!
