How he recovers from the Wigan game will play it's part. Super League is far tougher than the 19's.

Two SL games against top teams in seven days may be a step too far at this point.

I'm sure the coaching team will consider all the facts and decide accordingly.

We were all singing the praises of Connor a few weeks ago, the last few have seen quite a few negative comments about him. SL is a faster game than U19, and the training will be harder- that could explain Connors downturn. Simpson hasn't even been training with the squad so let's not get too far ahead with him.....

Baloo said on the radio that the whole team were amazed at some of the things he was doing, so it seems he has done some training with the 1st team.

The examiner interview with jared was rather good. He came across very well! Rather humble and thanked Scott grix for helping him. Mentioned he expected Scott to take back the spot from him but not dishearted!



In my opinion contract length, loyalty, experience, ect should all be put the side for form.



When grix came in for Connor he chimed into the line good support play but that is no watched and sussed in each of the last few games. He is marked and as he isn't running with conviction and looking for the pass as an extra pivot often left with no where to go but the floor.



Jared came in and delt with high bombs as well as grix,

One on one situations better than grix, ran the ball back hard rather than looking for a winger, had a step, dooked and dived. Just looked lively and to be enjoying the chance!



For me we should keep him in! The experience will do him the world of good and if I had to choose who was likely to do more for the team at the moment it's him!



Also would say wires kicking game isn't as good as Wigans so should be less pressure on him.

If Grix plays he will join the attack, if jared plays wire don't have the info on him.

Grix is too predictable these days, Wigan struggled to handle him as he was an unknown quantity....same with Wire, they will have seen him against Wigan though so will have a better idea of what he's gonna do....hopefully he can put on another good show !

Exactly rite! Grix is watched well and makes little difference at the min when coming into the line!

I can assure you Jools Tony Smith will know quite a lot about Jared!!
