| Quote Duncan Disorderly="Duncan Disorderly"It may well be a better performance, but did Hull play well? I don't think it exonerates the players and coaching staff for where we find ourselves on the table at this point of the season.'"
Hull were poor and we were even poorer. We had a huge amount of possession in their 20, but did absolutely nothing, we never even looked like scoring. The penalty count was massively in our favor, Hull spilled the ball time after time and once again Alibert was desperate to do all he could to help us.
Some utterly bizarre decisions though - I cannot understand why Luke Dorn isn't being selected at the moment. We also made 3 tactical substitutions within the first 7 minutes of the second half which was baffling.
Wheeldon was MOM for me. Sarginson had a poor game, picking up a head injury during the first half won't have helped but he consistently looks lost in defense, made errors and conceeded penalties. Dixon did well. Caro seems to go into every tackle a bit half hearted which is a shame.

| London Broncos coach Rob Powell said: "We defended really strongly today.
"I thought our energy levels were good and it was a bit of an arm wrestle.
"We were looking for a reaction and the players gave it a go. I know the fans want to see us trying different things and I really thought we did that today.
"Now we need to show this type of form more consistently."
You would have thought we'd won the game...

Pretty much sums it up.
We are a terrible side that is clueless once we get past 1st reciever
Even more bizarre is that we neither drive it down the middle and feed off off-loads nor chuck it around.
If your going to drive it up em at least follow it up with support runners - and our wingers had the ball 3 times. Once on an interceptions.
We scored after 6 odd repeat sets in their half and the. Did pretty much nothing positive going forward for the rest of the game save for a lucky bounce try.
Hull coach said it was his team's worst performance in terms of completeing sets all year. Our coach said it was our best defensive effort all year - yet we still lost.
Says it all

| From the BBC website report
Tries from Ben Crooks and Richard Whiting gave Hull FC victory in a scrappy game against London Broncos at Gillingham's Priestfield Stadium.
London took the lead when pacy young winger Kieran Dixon scored his first try for the club.

Pretty much. The lack of support runners when trying to run up the middle is generally baffling to watch. Basically our attack is just hold on to the ball for 5 tackles and hope that the Gower/Dixon kick to the corner comes good.

No. Didn't you read RPs comment: "I know the fans want to see us trying different things and I really thought we did that today." Maybe he was referring to the third option of giving it to Rodney to head back towards the posts for two or three steps, which must have been part of most sets.

| RP praises his team for a lacklusted perfromance and just claims how good we were in defence. which in his defence he was right on that subject when in past no matter now bad the other team has been we still leaked points...But Why 'O' why wasnt he more annoyed with the lack of effort in attack..
Now compere his comments to the Hull's coach, hes won the game and he snot happy and has had a go at his team and wants more from then. think i have any idea which coach i like coaching my team.
I couldnt get to the game and had to put up with listening to Radio Humberside, who to be honest weren't their normal bias selves today, but even they said if Hull if had been playing anyone else but Broncos then they would have gone in at halftime having let in at least 6/7 tries.
They also like a few on here picked up on whats been said, that theres no runners off the ball, no one seems ready for an offload from our big forwards and that we always seem to kick to the same wing or play to same wing where Dixon is so it was easy to read what we do on attack.

Radio Humberside are biased towards who ever is playing Hull FC.
They only care about Rovers on there.

You could have predicted that before the game
Its a pity he didn't say I've played my best hand and I'm calling it a day as I'm useless

Never played his best hand today. Someone who was paying more attention than I said the strongest 13 were never on the pitch at the same time.
