Very impressed my new season ticket cheaper and 3 people who go occasionally will snap up three £99 season tickets as they said How much.

Well, thats a result. Lets hope many other occasional speccies take the same view

Anyone know how many season ticket holders there are



In a wierd way a fan who goes to 7 games is more valuable financially than a £99 season ticket holder as he/she would pay more over a season. Clearly you want people at every game if that can be achieved though.



Just be interesting to know how many there are

Your weird example may be true if the 99 pounder doesn't buy a programme 14 times, park 14 time, drink beer 14 times........... compared to 7 times. And of course come back the year after buying a £300 pound ticket.



...but to someone who has flipped into the anti Quins brigade if that makes you feel better then all the good. Enjoy the torturous and monotonous sport that is speedway(and before you go on about my understanding of it I used to live next door to Peter Collins and support BelleVue)

Since the closure of Oxford in Sept 2007 I have not been to a live speedway meeting, just attend the BBQ's that raise money for the hoped for eventual return of Oxford. So I am all too aware of the impact of the club you support closing because of a lack of support and owners who were unprepared to lose any more money



When I did attend Quins, I drove so didn't drink, parked on the street and never really fancied a programme so maybe I am not representative of the beer swilling stereoype that jumps in his car afterwards



Still, why you get pleaseure from attacking me personally whenever I post I really do not knowbut if it enhances your life then I am happy for you

It doesn't enhance my life one iota.



I was on this occasion pointing out how, when someone wants to be negative about something they can in their own mind do that without using there brain. The worrying part of this recent sad episode is that you chose to promote your thoughtless indirect grievance to the masses.(Worrying for you, but tells me plenty).

Despite the fact that I along with the family do not like the East Stand, and having recently changed job`s and shift patterns know that I almost certainly will not be able to attend anywhere near all of the home match`s, we will be

renewing.



The £99 option is amazing value even with the sort of performances we have

endured at home in the second half of the season.



Personally though we will not be donating to the £5 to the academy as I would

rather give the money to one of the grass roots clubs in Essex.

I wish they would hurry up and stick details on the site. It's all well and good sending out details to current Season Ticket holders but what about trying to attract new ones? I'll be signing up as soon as they allow me to do so on the site.

Sorry, but I think you're going to have to be patient. The letter with the renewal package says "Current Season Ticket Holders will be able to renew until 10th October 2009 when we will open up the Season Ticket Options to go on general sale."



Restriction makes sense for reserved seating but not for unreserved, Bronze, unless the club believe that existing ST holders will snap up all the tickets available.





BTW, Early Bird prices apply until 15th November.

Ok, thanks for the info. Makes sense, I guess. I'll probably pick up an unreserved one as it gives much more flexibility with friends etc. Absolute bargain too.

Spoken to the marketing person and she told me they will be selling season tickets and handing out info in the east stand reception on Sunday. Consider me signed up...
