Not one to want to start a bun fight, but are you saying that less than 300 stayed to watch the Skolars game? Are you also suggesting that the crowd of 4,200+ was down to the Skolars?
The attendance For the Skolars on the RFL website shows 1,105.....that's up from 437 as declared for the Welsh visit to North London and the 327 for the visit of Keighly...or the 290 you got for Rochdales trip south.
The Only gate you get that's bigger is for your pre-CC Final beer festival!
...as for getting a big crowd to the Wigan game

The average gate at a Wigan game at the Stoop since 2006 is 5,019, so a crowd that is 12% down on the average, in a season where our attendances are down 12% is about right.
As I say, I have no beef with the Skolars, but the game at the weekend which gives you added exposure plus the SL Clubs continued participation in the pre-season farce in the City both are to the benefit of the Skolars more than Quins RL. Let's not get started on the teamsheet.........it's rammed with QRL fringe players.
