We need to implement it at club level, there's sod all the international coach can do in a few training sessions a year.



We're behind the NRL at club level massively, their play has moved on and the flat line attack you see over here is long gone in the NRL. The players go into the Aussie and Kiwi sqauds already well drilled. All the coach has to do is pick the right team and tweak a few tactics. The overall style of play is already in place, and not cocahed into them prior to running out with their national shirts on.

Totally disagree. If after a full domestic season (not to mention their career as a player) the players need skills coaching then we have no chance.



An international coach should bring with him a massive amount of man management and the ability to gel players as a unit in a very short space of time.



Tactical coaching is a must, but the abilty to create a team spirt is more important IMO.

Put MM in charge anyone?

Thats the last thing we need in-charge of England another Aussie. What we need is a Full time English coach someone who has the passion to beat the Aussies.
