I understand the auto renewal has always been cheaper, I have never signed up as I don't like the idea of the money going out in one go without being in control of when, but I was just a bit annoyed this year as I have to pay for my ticket in the same timescale as auto renewal yet it's more expensive.

Direct debit is still available so not true.



An annoyance could be that non-ST holders get the same price as current ST holders I guess. No reward for loyalty that way, other than having your seat for next season.

I thought the club said when the money would be debited with auto renewal, i.e. on this day of this month, generally as soon as tickets go on sale, I like to make sure I have not had any major bills to pay before I get my season ticket, and the time allowed for the early bird price etc suits me better so I have always accepted the price difference of renewal to auto renewal, this year it feels more like a kick in the teath given I have to pay by the end of the month the same as auto renewal.

And yes a bit of an annoyance that the renewal price is the same as first time buyers there is no benefit of renewing your ticket other than keeping your same seat, but an earlier poster said they were told it would be held for the following year regardless of renewing this year.

A shame about the shirt thing; I may have fallen into the same pitfall, I certainly don't recall filling in a form, although I didn't make the payment by default, but actively.

If you buy a season ticket you may aswell throw all your money in the bin!

Three emails and one phone message left at the club and still no sign of the supporters shirts, anyone know what is going on with them, I was told they would be out in time for the first home game

There was an article on the Club website a few months ago saying that the shirts were being made and were expected to be with the club in June. The same piece mentioned plans for a fan event to be held at which the shirts would be distributed to those fans getting them. I imagine the extending of restrictions has put those plans back further, if indeed the plan is still to hold such an event.
