Ive never questioned your home or away crowds in fact I said some of the comments on here were very harsh.

But it cant have affected it that much as its your biggest following to us!

To be fair mate, we've took our biggest following to a few grounds this season and a few teams have said they were surprised how many we brought considering what we usually take.

i aint gonna bite at the digs from the others because we could take 5000 to every game and it would still be poor to some....i've offered my opinion on our board to some fool who came along ....ATEOTD i go to every away game so i'm doing all i can and i cant make people come with me !

Got to admit I think it's a pretty poor effort by Huddersfield if all they've shifted is 700 tickets at 10quid apiece.



I'll stick up for their home support as it is growing at a decent enough rate and it does take time and as a Wigan Athletic fan I can appreciate that but to be bringing anything less then the full 1500 across that could have got discount tickets is really disappointing.

I'm sure its nothing personel Daz... But ATEOTD, you are a club with a history, you are the spiritual home of RL, you are not as far away from us as some, and your away following is just awful. So people are only commenting on what we see year in year out.

I'd just wait and see how many turn up tomorrow. Some of you need to take your heads out of your backsides though and maybe you'd see that our away support isn't that bad anymore.

Been to quite a few of your games over last few seasons (you may have seen me) and as I said before you can see your crowds building but it wont happen over night. We are fortunate to have already built that support. You were never going to build it whilst you were stuck at bottom of SL with Bradford and Leeds dominating.



Fair play to you! Dont tar us all as some of us realise the steps taking place!

yes, so much history that 20 + years ago we had 4/500 fans in a ground that was falling to pieces and the 2nd worst team in the whole country !!



History is one thing.....success is what brings the fans in and we have had none of that for 40/50 years . dont forget this is only our 13th season of top flight rugby in 4 decades, most of them we were a poor team so the fans have not exactly had a lot to get excited about to make them go and watch Fartown recently !

No need to take our heads out of our backsides because the facts will speak for themselves!



Anything under 1500 from Huddersfield tomorrow will be very poor because if you can't shift that amount at a fiver or a tenner for a 2nd vs 3rd clash then it's worrying that you never will.



That's not to have a go at the diehards like yourself or GiantDaz because you'd be there regardless but overall it's not the best.

as a giants fan i have to agree was really hoping we could get a good crowd for this game as cheap tickets was on offer and its such a big game but as per usual soon as it was announced it was a sky game most fans will have decided to place there tvs in a nice position so they can sit on there s at home



its really annoying yes we are a growing club we have alot more fans than we used to but it just annoys me how our fans think the tv is better. i wouldnt mind if it was just away games but home ones aswell alot decide the tv will be better.



leaving loyal fans to get slagged off for the support not that i take much interest what other fans say anyway. i mean we took close to 2000 to crusaders, we took close to that to leeds. alot of our away games have been on sky which hasnt helped but i wish alot would turn up for a sky game for once !!!
