| Quote jimlav="jimlav"to be honest i couldnt care less about the last two results. it is pretty obvious to see what wane has brought to the table ALL season long. I am not saying he should replace madge, but i think wane has brought alot to the club this season. in a couple of years time, if someone offered me mick potter (after being sacked by the bulls because of the new level of average he took them to) or wane, it would be an easy choice.'"
Maybe marge should stay in oz, it's pretty obvious wane has turned Wigan round.
I think your getting a tad giddy and looking a fool.
Put lord wane in at bulls, would he improve them?

Gawdddddd I was only jokin
Nah i've been impressed with him though, didn't really know much about him as I don't go to reserve games or anything, he seems to be handling the job well and most importantly all the players seem to have a deep respect for him.
p.s. the list will be short, till 2012

| Quote Leyther_till_death="Leyther_till_death"He'd have been ready to take over at the start of this season in my opinion. I think his last two results have proved that. Conceding just 12 points in two games away to Hull and Leeds is no fluke, just the way his reserve sides played.'"
I can see why your getting all giddy, wane is a wigan lad and it's pretty obvious he loves the club and wigan thru and thru but is he not just carrying on the work madge has brought to wigan?
He seems a good bloke, im not bagging him, but come on, two games don't make or break you as a coach, the are many ups and downs a coach has to got to get thru and two games in charge of the best team in super league who feel as tho ther can't be beat ain't the hardest of jobs.
To be fair to wane, they was 2 tough games and he kept the team playing to a high level.

I think you are quite laughable. getting a tad giddy? why? for saying that it is clear what an imput wane has had all season. its easy for fans of other teams to just say "Oh look, Madge has taken over at wigan and they are doing better. it must all be down to him".
but you have to look at wane, someone will know the exact figures, but his reserve side wasnt to bad either. didnt lose many.
call me giddy all you like, but you couldnt be more of a fool for thinking that. at which point have i said he is better than madge. i said that people complain that there is no british coaches ready to step up. well if wane got his chance he would do alot better than most of the guys who come over from aus.
then i have said the its not about the last two results, but about what wane has brought to the table all season. whats giddy about that?
If there is one fool here it is you, because you cannot seem to understand some simple views. Nothing giddy about them, if anything is giddy its your defence of mr mediocre potter and your petty responce to some sensible views.

there exactly is the kind of simplistic summary of a rival fan.
madge is head coach, therefore everything good is because of him.
Get real, wane brings his fair share to the table, just as all the other backroom staff. i know why dont we just get rid of everyone else, because we have madge, just bring in people off the street to follow his orders.

I think it's laughable that you think on the back of two games that wane is some sort of god.
Listen pal, im not bagging wane(check my posts) i just think it's a bit early to call him a great coach just yet.
Chill pal, is wane your dad?

Chill mate, Your making out im bagging the pies and wane!
Im just saying you can't jizz all over wane on the basis of two games as head coach, i don't doubt he don't have a good input into how wigan play.
Your just like wane, very defensive!

| His post match interview was awesome. When discussing Goulding and his injury and what would happen if he missed a tackle.......... lost on Eddie, but sums the bloke up.
Worth a watch as I cannot do it justice.
