and im still proud of what he has acheived in his long carear

terry is not a constant drug user he made 1 mistake
how many people on here slating him are or have used drugs themselves
not saying everyone dose but i bet some of you have'" however many it was. One is too many and we all know that. I myself have smoke cannabis once or twice in the past but if my career relied on it i'd never touch any sort of drugs. it's just common sense. |

terry wore his heart on his sleave and was passionate while he was at wigan. weather you love him or hate him he did his best for our club. I would never slate him. he knows what a massive mistake he has made. He has to live with that now.
Like i said previously its a sad way to end a glittering carreer.

ANT player who takes drugs SHOULD be banned for 2 years no matter if it is RECREATIONAL or PERFORMANCE ENHANCING... this will send out a clear message.. ANY .DRUG TAKING IS NOT EXCEPTABLE IN OUR GAME.
I DONT care if he took it cos of a broken jaw or because he had a boil on his backside...he knew what he was doing and has not recieved what he deserved.
i hope the stories about Hock being offered a 5 year deal are not true.lets see him prove he is clean before we offer anything to him

There are loads of players out there using 'growth' but it is in and out of the system very quickly so Terry Newton has been very unlucky there, shouldn't have been using it but I can understand him taking the risk to prolong his career by taking it.
Certain players in the superleague who have got absolutely massive arms/muscles who haven't the frame or genes to naturally develop their muscles you can spot them a mile off or certain forwards who go through a stage of ripping it up and then fading into nothing are the obvious ones who could be suspected of using 'growth' and old players who seem to play on longer than expected.
