Wouldnt say it was missing players but the fact that Glleson and Coley had howlers today that had more bearing

I agree, no point leaving him sat on the bench for the full 80 minutes. We could have had Goulding on the bench and when Leeds had used all their subs by around 70 minutes we could have thrown a fresh back onto the pitch with the instructions to run at their tired defence.

How is it crazy talk? Sam has all the attributes to play at FB. Especially given the demands of a FB in the game today.

Because he is well on his way to establishing him as the best half in the competition, playing one would see him limited to a running game and would take him away from the heart of the action. I just dont see any logic at all to it.

Whats the point of having Tuson on the bench and not playing him? Fielden was jiggered, he played well over an hour. If your not gonna play Tuson then have Feka on and let him have a good 10 minute spell and give Stu a rest. Amos wasnt fit and i dont think he should of played and Pryce although he did nothing wrong showed hes an absolute fairy. First big test of Madge now.

Exactly I though i had gone mad. Whey was Tunson in the team? His selection was a wasted spot as I fear was Farrell who i do not feel would have got game time had it not been for the blood bin.



We basically took on a Leeds team at home with 15 players and 3 Props in those conditions was madness.



The game was all about territorial domination and the pitch and conditions ensure the game breaking play was always going to be a close range effort so why not have your close range specialist on the pitch, or at least in the 17 when you have 1 player sat on his real all game.



I am a big fan of Madge and in good conditions would have backed his choice to run with that team but the conditions today called for a 4 Prop rotation. Feka can and does cause teams all sorts of trouble close to the line either with bust or offloads nobody in our team did that today and ultimately that was the difference.



Poor call indeed in my opinion.

I agree about why having Tuson on the bench if he wasn't going to use him? The game plan was spot on but we just weren't given the chance to have ball in hand for periods because of either knock ons or penalities against us.



With regards to Feka, not a type of game I would have liked to see him play in. He works in short spurts and also, will tire very quickly. When playing someone like Leeds, and the speed they play at, I don't think Feka could have coped.



We were one missed tackle away from a Challenge Cup Semi Final, and the result didn't justify the amount of effort and commitment the players put in today.

For me it was Coleys stupid penalty's that cost us today its time he was dropped to make him clean up his game he has been doing it for years. I have to admit his game has improved but he does tend to have a bad tackling technique at time and gives away lots of penalty's.

i am not going to sledge pryce but on the season so far goulding deserves to be in front of him the lad must be gutted to lose his place to him, he has done nothing wrong this season.

His argument doesnt follow, in the conditions he wanted big men. Why not use Feka, surely he cant be so out of favour.

The team selection by not having 4 Props especially going with 2 smaller inexperienced lads on the bench was one where tactics to go round Leeds should have been the gameplan but we still toughed it out down the middle.



Another massive error was to take Piggy off when we did I like McIllorum but not up to being a second choice hooker for a top team we always toil with him on the field and I feel had we had some experience at the PTB, the pass to Tomkins would never have been made as he was badly out of position for the charge down which ultimately gave Leeds the field position to take the win.



In all honesty me heart drops whenever McIllorum comes on for Piggy, I always feel we are holding on rather than playing with McIllorum on the pitch.

What exactly has Pryce done wrong? Thought he was solid today, thought he nullified the massive threat of Scott Donald today.
