There's no way the council would fund a new stadium, not with all these cuts anyroad.

They contributed 50% to the JJB on the basis it was multi purpose. I suppose if we showed we have had to play games away from home, it isn't multi purpose. I wonder if they could by law get the money back as Whelan is breaking his side of the deal and then give half to us?!!!

Been saying that for a while regards further signings. Everything points towards a further signing probably from the NRL. When we signed the Storm 3. I am sure IL was quoted in the press as not ruling out 1 more signing, and as we know it's very rare for IFL to comment on any speculation.



I have no inside info but I would be surprised not to see Phelps depart and another overseas signing replace him.
