Walkabout is about as dreadful as it comes, 2 best places in Wigan are revs and Bentleys imo

Now that was before my time - I cant remember what it was called when I first started going out round town - I think it closed down after some bloke got stabbed and killed outside (pre CCTV)

That I did, I prefer the other three but that's where I go if I want to watch a game.

Chaplins was down the little alley way next to the playhouse.

I still miss the King of Clubs.

I forgot all about the cans of warm red stripe. You could also buy 'food' in Scotts and Turnkey too which was of an excellant quality. I remember when one person used to get their hand stamped and then you 'transferred' the stamp on to a couple of your friends hands so they could get in for free

And the Bier Keller plus Room at the Top.

just wanted to say thanks for the advice guys. i took most of it, and started at the moon, and just went to random bars in king street. though revolutions was great to say the least... cheers
