Anyway i leave Manchester at about 3pm for my 3 days down Sunny wales or thats my personal forecast for the game time from a very nice Yorkshire Weather lady the works for the same company.

Typical....

I could have filled two coaches with all the people who wanted to do a day trip but only bothered to try booking last minute.

Thursday morning 11am had someone trying to book... The had their tickets for two weeks! Don't have a car and didn't bother to sort out getting there

I am sure lots are like that at all clubs now i tend to plan my trips when the fixtures come out they can always get the train but wont get back the same day

Will be more than that. Saturday evening is certainly a lot more away-fan friendly than our 4pm game on a Sunday last year; didn't get back until 1am or so in the end, with work the next day!

I'm told that there is a good pub called The Riverside close to the ground that has a beer garden and BBQ.



Sounds about right for us.

If anybody is driving down and staying in the Wetherspoon's, that's where you need to park your car. The terrace along the side of the pitch has a top notch bottle bar, for those who like varying products of the Brains brewery.

The Riverside is right next door to the ground and is very welcoming. Hope you have a safe journey down and back, just leave your money and the two points in Bridgend please!!

Correct - there'll be lots of us staying on in Bridgend to watch the intl

I doubt there are many of them in Bridgend.
